About Paddy
Since 1988 Paddy has been an innovator in the Technology Sector. In 2004, he took a controlling interest in Phonovation Ltd. Paddy has overseen the company's development and change over the years for it to be relevant and market leader in the ever-changing mobile messaging and technology sector. Paddy focuses on coaching and mentoring executives, professionals and companies to improve performance and leadership development.
Paddy completed an MSc in Executive Coaching and Leadership Development at the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. Paddy is also an Accredited Practitioner and member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) member.
Paddy is a keen horseman outside of work and holds an amateur jockey's license.
